Customer Service Review on Solenoid Purchase

Excellent rating was given based on customer service rather than the part.I ordered a solenoid that turned out to be out of stock.  I was promptly informed of the situation by an ASE staff.  Since the part was non-critical I decided to just wait for the part.  It arrived within about 5-10 days after the out of stock notification.  I appreciated the prompt notification about the out of stock item.So far, the new solenoid works fine...what can I say...it's a solenoid...
