It appears this is a one-page survey/review of the products purchased. In light of possibly not having a service review page presented, I’ve taken liberty to comment on both topics on the first page.
The products all appear to be fine.
Regarding service. The order was submitted at 5:38am Tuesday, June 4th and not processed and shipped until 11:10am Wednesday, June 5th. There seems to have been a hold-up created as you were unable to ship some of the ordered zip-ties. Why was this not addressed on Tuesday?
For over fifty-years, Portland-to-Tacoma orders have always been considered an over-night “place and ship” process. Order today, have it tomorrow by ground. By comparison, today I can place an order for electrical parts and supplies to various suppliers in England and have it at my door in 48 to 72 hours. And, here’s the zinger, depending on the size and weight, for shipping costs (via DHL) from $17 to $25.
