Disappointed May 4, 2018 Reviewer: Frank Taverna from Calgary, AB Canada   I understand that one part of this product is manufactured in Mexico and another part is manufactured in the USA.  The North American Free Trade Agreement allows consumers to purchase products made in North America without paying duty. When UPS delivered the product, I was informed that i owe another $36.00 (duty/brokerage fees/taxes).  This is absurd and therefore i sent the product back to your company. My suggestion is that you educate your courier in order to avoid more disappointed customers in the future. Was this review helpful to you?

Fees March 10, 2015 Reviewer: Scott cook from port dover, ON Canada   Nice product. Great shipping. Next time I would pickup in the States at a UPS store. I had to pay an extra 43 in import fees.
