It was my pleasure to deal with Bob Beausoliel. In the past I have had other people tell me one thing and do something else. I call this the blow-off promise. When I ordered my isolator it was not in stock, Mr. Beausoliel sent me an e-mail with this information. I sent him an e-mail stating that I needed it as soon as possible. He sent me an e-mail back saying he would see what he could do, and keep me posted. Naturally I expected this was the blow-off, but to my surprise he did exactly what he said he would do and I recieved my isolator promptly. It was so refreshing to deal with a man of honesty and integrity knowing he cared. I am a customer, and advocate for life. Thanks Bob and ASE.
