I found the order process difficult. The part I wanted was less than $10.00 so the page would not let me continue until my initial order was $10.00 or more. So I found a couple cheap little parts to add to the order so I could get what I wanted. Then the other parts were not available so I ended up only getting the pulley and not paying the full $10.00. Silly. Customer service, however, was excellent and the attendant was courteous and helpful.
